Spokane Square is a 30 unit building in a great location, 2 blocks N of the Arena and very convenient to downtown, shopping, GU university, and event venues.  The Historic Daniels building is a solid, classic brick structure with charm and character to spare. A large common area allows the tenants to plant gardens, have bbq's, gather and generally enhance their small community.
